I love the absurdity the mind can produce in its sleep. I’ve filled up six tiny books with detailed descriptions of my dreams spanning over the course of over 8 years. Not really to analyse them or anything, but to keep a museum of my subconsciousness of the past. It’s truly fascinating to open a book from a couple of years ago, and see how my emotional state at the time created a context for the dreams. DØS (Norwegian for slumber) is a magazine about dreams and dream interpretation, mainly based on the books The Secret Language of Dreams and Learn to Dream: Interpret Dream Symbolism, Enhance Inner Life, Remember Your Dreams by David Fontana. The magazine is cut and glued by hand, covered with an iridescent foil.
